The Scope Base was designed to replace the Bo-Mar Rib installed on the High Standard 22 caliber semi auto pistols. Installing the scope base instead of the Bo-Mar rib will allow an optical sight to be mounted on the pistol. Installation of the replacement scope base will eliminate having to drill and tap any additional holes in the barrel. The second and third hole is elongated lengthwise to compensate for any miss alignment of the scope base with the original Bo-Mar Rib holes.
